The FindMine gGmbH is a dynamic non-profit startup-like company based in Illertissen, Bavaria. Since its founding in July 2022, the company has rapidly grown to a team of seven employees, all dedicated to advancing UAV-based explosive hazard detection systems. They master the entire chain of hardware and software of the GPSAR system from the antennas to signal evaluation.

Tests are currently being carried out in our test fields near Illertissen and in an arid test site in Portugal provided by the Urs Endress Foundation.

After successful tests on our constructed fields, field tests in a real mining area are planned. Our development work and testing activities take place in coordination with the mine detection organizations FSD and GICHD. In this way, we focus on the actual needs and needs of mine action with a humanitarian focus.
